- 1 lb ground veal
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c chopped onion
- 2 t salt
- 1/4 t dry mustard
- 1/8 t seasoning salt
- 1/8 t celery salt
- 1/8 t paprika
- 1/4 t black pepper
- worcestershire sauce
combine meat thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Beat eggs well, add onion and other seasonings and mix well. Add to meat mixture, stir or knead until blended. Shape into loaf, place in baking loaf pan.
Bake at 350 ° for 1 1/2 hours or until well done.
