- 1 bunch parsley
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 t chili powder
- olive oil
- red wine vinegar
Finely chop parsley and garlic. Mix all ingredients together, adding oil and vinegar to desired consistency.
Will keep in fridge for weeks.
Serve over grilled steak and sausages. Also good on milanesa.
