- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 T hot water
Cream together butter and sugar. Beat whites until stiff. Beat yolks until frothy. Add yolks to butter mixture, add water, add whites.
Chill. Serve over gingerbread.
